Jazz Fusion Sextet Cordoba has released a new single called "In Hell". This is the group's second single, following February's "Not My Own", since the release of their 2020 album, Specter.

Cordoba is the work of Brianna Tong, Eric Novak, Cam Cunningham, Zach Bain-Selbo, Khalyle Hagood, and Zach Upton-Davis.

Cordoba recently channeled the scariest parts of 2020 into a spooky new album, Specter, which dropped the day before Halloween. The sextet uses their signature left of center jazz fusion grooves as a bed for lyrics that touch on topics like gentrification, police brutality, and escalating social unrest.

The group's lead singer Brianna Tong was on the most recent episode of the wonderful podcast Music Therapy with Jessica Risker discussing the new album, it's themes, and how to stay creative in these times.

Cordoba has released their remotely recorded cover of Frank Ocean's "Ivy". The Jazz-Influenced group, consisting of Brianna Tong (Vocals), Eric Novak (Saxophone), Cam Cunningham (Guitar), Zach Bain-Selbo (Keys), Khalyle Hagood (Bass), and Zach Upton-Davis (Drums), are preparing to release their debut LP, Specter, at some point this year.

Back in March, just as all of this was beginning, they dropped the first single from Specter, "Diluvian", and in June they released "Factory".

Neo-Soul group Cordoba has released a new single called "Factory" featuring A.ADISA. This is the group's second single since the released of their 2018 album, Break the Locks Off Everything New.

This is the work of Brianna Tong (vocals), Eric Novak (vocals and sax), Cam Cunningham (guitar), Zach Bain-Selbo (keys), Khalyle Hagood (bass), and Zach Upton-Davis (drums).

For the video for "Factory" the group reached out to some friends and asked that they record themselves working during quarantine. It features folks from @Jeraf, Blacker Face, Gilt Drip, Jovan Landry, Mermaid N.V.., DXTR Spits, Nexus J., Sex No Babies, and Cloudtone, in addition to Cordoba themselves.

Cordoba has released a powerful video for their single “Shut It Down” from their most recent album, Break the Locks Off Everything New, which was released back in April.

This is a Jazz Fusion sextet consisting of Brianna Tong (vocals), Eric Novak (vocals and sax), Cam Cunningham (guitar), Zach Bain-Selbo (keys), Khalyle Hagood (bass), and Zach Upton-Davis (drums).
