Brooklyn Indie pop duo (and now quartet) Slam Donahue just premiered this teenage-hoops-match themed video for their latest single "I turn on," featured in the "Hemlock Tea" EP they released in the summer. The band is playing at Terminal 5 tomorrow (12.06) opening for Marina and the Diamonds and again at Glasslands on December 13 with label mates (and ex Deli cover band) Bear Hands.

Brooklyn based, gritty pop duo (sometimes trio) Slam Donahue last night released their new EP "Hemlock Tea" with a show at Bushwick's new venue Delinquency. The band has a knack for simple, catchy melodies, delivered by front man David Otto's alto, slightly reminiscent of Billy Corgan's nasal sneer. - The first single from the EP, "Bug in the Sun," was added to our NYC Indie Rock SoundCloud Channel here.
